Billtrust: Service Disruption Update – AWS Outage Impacting Billtrust Systems
We want to provide a status update regarding the ongoing Global AWS outage that is currently impacting several Billtrust services and hundreds of websites worldwide.
Here are examples of a few areas that are experiencing disruptions. There may be other areas impacted as well:
- Support Portal
- Phone Support
- Document Upload Services
- UAT Environment
This outage originates from AWS, and resolution efforts are being handled directly by their teams. While Billtrust is actively monitoring the situation, we do not have direct control over the recovery timeline.
